Now, when I was partying there was our fare share of girls who liked to hang out and smoke. But it always seemed to be a social gathering or to smoke at the party. I can not remember any girls who were regular pot smokers. They would not turn it down when around, but it always seemed that those guys were smoking and it's a lifestyle.
I think it would be naive to think that your girlfriend is not surrounded or being offered pot at some level in their school or workplace. This may be a good idea to sit down and talk to a girl and see if it is to attack or something that is a problem.
If this trend continues we will see increasing use of one drug that the vast majority of us count as non-threatening at any level. Which is not really a true statement at any level. The pot has an enormous capacity for destruction of young lives. She has the ability to harm and hurt the baby girl on many different levels.
A couple of things to track in when it comes to girls, smoking pot:

If you are a foreigner in the country of drugs, you need to know that it is usually smoked pot like cigarettes, which can be called a joint or a nail. It can also be smoked in a pipe or bong. Which is scary, because I used to smoke from something called a bat. It is a tube that allowed us to take a hit. We got so good that we actually smoked it sits in the back of the classroom. That's right ... teacher and class mates never smelled it!
Something that came along after my time is that the pot began to appear in something called a blunt. What is a cigar that was emptied of tobacco and filled with pot, often in combination with other drugs, such as cracks. Some users also mix in a pot of food.
So, if you are a parent a teenager might want to do some research and find out if she was smoking pot.
